International Shipping Terms & Conditions
By placing a Domestic/International order with Aurania, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing them before completing your purchase.
Scope of Service
International shipping is available to select countries. All cross-border orders are governed by these Terms & Conditions. By placing an international order, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
Shipping Fees & Estimated Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
- All delivery timeframes areestimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen external events.
- Customers areresponsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping information. Additional charges incurred due to incomplete or incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges:
- Are not includedin the item price or shipping cost.
- Areimposed by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient.
- Vary by country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
Aurania is not responsible for any customs-related charges. Refunds will not be issued for orders refused due to unpaid customs or import fees.
Shipping Partners & Order Tracking
We ship all orders using reliable global courier partners. Once dispatched:
- Atracking number will be provided via email
- Tracking visibility may vary depending on the destination and carrier
- Aurania isnot liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspections, weather disruptions, or courier network issues
Loss or Damage
Once a shipment is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Aurania is no longer liable for lost or stolen packages.
Lost in transit
Contact our support team promptly—we will assist in filing a claim with the courier
Damaged Item
- Claims must be submitted within48 hours of delivery
- A clearunboxing video showing the damage is required for review
- Approved claims may result in areplacement item or store credit, subject to case evaluation
Import Restrictions & Delivery Limitations
Some products may be restricted or prohibited in your country. It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Ensure the product is permitted underlocal import laws before ordering
- Confirm anydelivery limitations or product-specific bans with local authorities
Orders returned due to import restrictions will be refunded for the product only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been dispatched.
If you need to update your shipping address:
- Contact usimmediately after placing your order.
- While we will make every effort to accommodate your request,changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.
Returns & Claims
All sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
- Claims must be submitted within48 hours of delivery
- Claims must include full order details and anunboxing video as supporting evidence
- Refunds or replacements will be processed only after a thorough review and approval by our team
